aww, i had no idea anne hathaway was a member of hrc. that is so cool! i mean, i liked her before as an actress, but now i just gained a TON of respect for her as a person. she is very lucky to have been raised in a home like that. i wish every parent raised their children to embrace homosexuality and realize that there is nothing wrong with it. thank goodness my parents taught me this as well! but not everyone is as fortunate to have such open minded families. hopefully one day everyone can.

O_O I had no idea that Anne Hathaway support LGBT rights and gay marriage. Frankly, I'm surprised.
This speech moved me, almost to the point of tears. When I get to be her age, I want to be just like her and be a key figure for LGBT rights. Hopefully by which time a fair amount will be achieved...
