105kg (231#) Snatch, 125kg (275#) C&J, 130kg (286#) Clean. PR's in all 3 lifts in the last few weeks. Nearly crippled myself on a failed clean attempt and groin muscle still bothering me today. Couldn't lift leg for 3 days following the attempt. Had to lift leg with arms to get in and out seated position. After 7 days of rest, it is healed enough I can lift without much pain except in deep squat. Let this video serve as a reminder to myself and others that you have to know when to hold em and know when to fold em. When you want something real bad, your ability to measure risk vs reward gets a little cloudy.
