Sounds like the scale is treating you well this week! I don't know about you but I'm ready for fall temps and weather! I ate lunch today at Applebee's too but you did much better than I. I had a 1/2 size grilled chicken oriental salad with dressing on the side. Hope it doesn't bite me int he am. I added coconut oil to my coconut flakes when I made coconut butter. It did help it to process faster. Wishing you another great week of releases.

180's Here he comes!!!
i am in southern california too and yes it has been hot! you are doing great and really hoping you can get to the 180's soon! I just finished my round 3 which is my last and final round and am enjoying p3. any advice you want to throw my way would be greatly appreciated. I did post my before and after picture vlog! It is mentally and emotionally hard being at this weight ... didn't expect that! because we lose proportionate pounds and inches the 115 i am today looks/feels so much better- strange

@socalplum - Wow! I just saw your video, and you look fantastic! I know about how different you feel with the weight off. It's a great feeling, and for me it's one that I will do whatever is needed to keep! It gets easier the longer you're at the new weight (STABILIZATION!!) because your body gets used to being there. I still fight some old habits, and have some more (vanity) pounds to lose, but I'm so happy you've reached your goal!

I had to use coconut oil to get the flakes to mix up too- how much more weight are you trying to lose? Im guessing this would be your last round?

@carissahcg - Well, I'm working on getting what I gained back off and some more. I hope to hit 187-188 by the time I finish this. I have to be a little more disciplined with the coconut stuff. I'm putting what I made in the freezer until I finish. I pigged out yesterday - I felt wiped out from the heat and doing yard work, and went up :( - I still may do another round after this starting January-February depending on how I stabilize. I want to get rid of my midsection roll!
