  • should add head up, chest out, and explode up with ur legs from power. otherwise great vid

  • The turn:Right side frst,long left leg,land on the ball of your left foot,quick right leg,accelerate the left hip,left hip in front of your drive into your block and punch with your left hand(LEFTIES).The left side first,long right leg,quick right leg,land on the ball of your right foot accelerate the right hip,right hip in front of your drive into your block and punch with your right hand(RIGHTIES).

  • Wow. What a blessing this video will be. My 7th grade daughter never heard of a discus until 3 months ago, got no help from her coach, and made State. I promised her I would do everything to help through the Summer and Fall, but knew less about it than she did. I coached her in basketball and softball. Discus is foreign to me.

    Thank you for posting this. This year...happy to be a State. Next year, we're hoping to make a splash.  Any other suggestions of videos or reading material?

  • any thoughts on doing this with a recently dislocated shoulder? can i go for it?
