This has to be in America somewhere, because they all stopped at the same time. By the three-bell major chord, I'm guessing somewhere in the Midwest.

Thanks for the comment. Sorry the video is so poor but I did this with my cell phone. I service bells in New York State at Colleges and Churches. I will try to get better videos at some of my other Churches
