American Muslim comedy challenges stereotypes - 15 Sep 2007

An American Muslim comedy tour is fast becoming a global hit.
"Allah Made Me Funny" is a group of stand-up comedians hoping to use laughter to challenge stereotypes and "Islamophobia".

Al Jazeera's Kalay Maistry spoke to the comedians during a whirlwind tour in South Africa about their aim of changing the way the world sees Muslims.

@mizmeah I believe you read my comment wrong. ...and so Allah said: "My slave (or worshipper) has caused death on himself hurriedly, so I forbid Paradise for him." The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) had an open relationship with Allah where they communicated freely. Thus this is a statement and decision made by Allah not the Prophet (pbuh). Also, this doesn't come from the Quran, but from hadiths which are sayings and actions of the Prophet (pbuh) during his life time. Please do not debase yourself
