Utica's North-South Arterial: More Community Perspectives

This video consists of footage from actual community meetings and interactions. It presents a compelling case for the boulevard style alternative for the arterial from a community and economic development perspective. As editor of this work, I will disclose that my own bias towards this alternative compelled me to create this video in the first place. If you want to know this point of view, then please watch.
