Jun Le Tea Restaurant is one of many disappearing Hongkong traditional tea restaurants. We are not gonna let this happen.
We as common mainland Chinese students with no journalism experience came to Gage Street, which was famous for food. It had amazing Dapaidong (restaurant in open ground), stalls selling seafood and mouth-watering tea restaurants.
The owner of Jun Le Tea Restaurant we interviewed came from Guangdong. We made no appointment and preparation but just bumped into her area (we are also busy). But she was very kind to cooperate with us even she had to go back to her hometown in half an hour by train.
Lastly, thank to HKBU and Online Journalism course, which provided us the 1st time to exercise our love. Let's save Hong Kong and her traditions
