I have had this trouble of not having timeline in most of the things for example the cookie clutter as well as many other video fx's.
How do I enter a time line(I'm not even sure it that is what its called ) ?

@cuteanise I see this problem sooooooooo much.. I have retired with the video editing, but i think you can drag the timeline out.
