I love the "sauna" part!! so funny! I heard western people feel uncomfortable eating nabe. They don't like putting chopsticks in the same nabe. Is that true?

@adakkochan really? but you do that with everything in japanese food. you know you can flip the sticks and use the other side to be really polite but most times japanese will just say - you dont have to do that...or look at you strange. i personally have never gotten sick or seen someone get upset that we are using the same side of the chopsticks. also i mean you are dipping them into boiling water. the chances of cross contamination are pretty impossible in such an environment.

CoooL, what a coincidence. A Japanese friend in my dorm is going home to japan for new year and he said he could bring some ingredients for making nabe. And I was like, what's that? And he said, "you'll see". 5 min later I see this vid in my subs!

Dude, you sure are american :P. With all the warnings. In US u have to warn for everything right, EVERYTHING (e.g: dont stop chainsaw with hands). Cool vid though : )

@doggybag71 wait no hands on chainsaw? perhaps i'll sub teeth instead. actually japan is even more ridiculous on warnings. one of my favorite is not leaning your head off the side of an escalator and letting it be smashed my the oncoming ceiling. illus. are included too!

@Ventdemon i actually cant grow sideburns, or a beard or mustache. i have always wanted sideburns, but on the upside not being able to grow facial hair keeps you looking young as most people do not believe i am 30
