  • 124 lbs is 8.857 stones

  • you should do a protein diet you can eat as much as you want as long as it is meat but you can't eat bird meat because that is supposed to be fatty meat. you also hqve to dring about a half gallon of water and walk at least 15minutes everyday i swear this works i used this diet and now im only 124 pounds i dont know how many stones that is but this works plus you dont starve

  • Honestly, I think that the numbers doctors give you aren't to be taken to seriously. I mean, if you think that you have to diet, do it, but I suggest forgetting about the numbers. Cutting out the meat from your diet (doesn't have to be 100%) can make you looke, weight, while keeping healthier. Also, as I' too lazy to be able to suggest you to run or dance, I say walk. Walk somewhere, like a park, mildly away. You could even do a video there instead of at home, and it wouldn't be time wasted. xxx

  • YOGA! it isn't a super calorie burning exercise but it helps you get into the mindset where you wanna eat healthy and be active. Also walking! I walk EVERYWHERE now and that plus 1 hour of yoga a week and 1 exercise class (normally Zumba or Body Attack) has helped me lose about half a stone in the past 6 months which isn't groundbreaking but it's all about the slow and steady :) p.s. you are totally awesome

  • I'm on a diet myself ! I've been torturing myself for years .. On and off the scale everytime I try to follow a diet... I literally abused my body. But now am putting in my mind that its all for the sake of being healthy .. I have to lose like 20 kgs :'(

    Advice: Higher up yr metabolism by some sports in the morning and cutting off night snacks !

  • become a vegan! best thing you can do for yourself to be healthy and the weight will just fallllllll off, and learning the facts about the meat and dairy industry is a pretty good motivator, it's not super easy but it's worth it ;)
