one thing that can help you with the acid reflux, is if you drink a tablespoon of olive oil. you know how if you put olive oil in a glass of water it floats? it basically does the same thing in your stomach, it floats at the start of your esophagus, and it blocks the acid from coming up.
it's not the best tasting thing, but it does help a lot!
