This looks like the one that passed near Collyer which is west of Wakeeney. If it is, there was a tornado on the ground when it passed over 70. The funnel didn't visibly touch down at this point, but there was dust rotating on the ground right beneath the funnel as it crossed over. The dust was not massive, so anyone at a distance would not see the dust. I was at the bridge and it crossed about 200 to 300 yards from me.

Oh my gosh. This is scary. I've seen 2 supercells in my life (Georgia), and the wall cloud is the freakiest thing I've ever witnessed in my life.
