Sharon and I look at some vegetables in the ground and that are ready to eat on February 15. Despite the fact that we've barely seen the sun since November, we've had weeks of snow and ice and even more rain, various foods are ready to harvest - red and white daikons, beets, carrots, mazuna, parsley, Chinese cabbage and other oriental greens. It's nice to see winter gardens. I wonder if similiar veggies can be grown in Colorado. Not too much rain here...but a bit of snow. Maybe in the cold boxes?
