Circuit 1:
bicep curls
upright rows
shoulder presses
Circuit 2:
dips on the bench
one arm cable rows
bent over rows
dumbbell flies
Circuit 3:
weighted lunges
barbell squats
leg presses
hamstring curl
Cardio:
2 mile run, 6.5 MPH, 2-6% incline
0.5 mile walk, 3.5 MPH, 15 incline
