not feeling it.

i love Cavalli, and i love the concept. but i did not like the color pallete and how the clothes were paired. too much brown and navy and tan.

cavalli is always so loud. floaty, layers etc to soften but still manages to make it look so loud.
-
it's just not Cavalli.

totally agree.
i was turned off at the very beginning when they said CROSS DRESSER. I mean honestly..
eyeliner masculine? well that's the first...
for me everything looks like you run drunk trough the second hand store what stayed onto your body you purchases. unattractive, unoriginal, already seen clothes.. boring. move on to the next one..

... the words straight from my brain. thank you.

beside dsquared one of the worst collections this season in milan. it looks so odd!
'Masculine eyes"? I wouldn't date any guy with eyeliner like that. But this just to mask the lack of concept of this collection. A lot of talk to take away the eyes from the clothes - which are plain crap, poorly cut, mismatched, and so unoriginal. It looks like oversized dresses and old clothes mixed together to sell something without creating anything.

Roberto has lost his way. I miss those voo-voom dresses, in deep blues, purples with embelished animal prints and jewels. why can't he do a side collection of hippy flowy dresses (which are nice, but not Cavalli) ?
