Modern Roundabout a Fix for Heathcote 5 Corners? Ask Glens Falls!

On Wednesday, June 30, 2010, Scarsdale's Village trustees met in the Municipal Services Committee to hear the findings of an ad hoc coalition formed to address the ongoing traffic dilemma at Heathcote Five Corners. The committee agreed to pursue further study of the concept of a roundabout - an modernized version of a very old-world solution for traffic. How well does this fare?
