@JRussoBuffaloNY Keep in mind, his victims, the majority, are women who fell between the cracks of society. Their own families, and communities wrote their histories before Sowell victimized them. Some where along their lives, they learned the where worth less than a drug, and their bodies less than temples. Is this the killer's fault? The lioness sits steady in the tall grass, waiting for weakest of the herd, stalks slowly, and kills.

@JRussoBuffaloNY Well, as to the race issue: frankly, the majority of murders are with in our own races. I can prove this with statistics. Reason: we usually associate with members of our own races. I do not know your race, but think about it, on Christmas morning or Mother's Day (tomorrow), how many races other than your own will be at your home opening presents? Call it what you will.

@sandra44035 you're right Sandra, this was not race related however these are Hate Crimes, he seems to have a hatred towards women. I belive this because of the brutality in which these crimes were conducted. His motive was to butcher or slaughter these unfortunate women, it seems that he went to great length to mutilate the victims. I may be wrong but this is what I thought when I had learned of these attrocities. let me know your thoughts.

Once again, people are trying to divert from the issue. Why are some so bothered by the 'black' word. The man was black. He knows he is black. And he knows his victims were black. The issue is that these were human beings. Black, white or other. The issue should be, how the community and families of some of these women threw them away. Where were these families when they thought the women were just drugging and hanging out?
