@ohjy2837 No it doesn't. Most people don't buy BMW's because they are safe. ;-)

Go check out Volvo crash ratings... they probably have more cars with less than "Good" ratings (from IIHS) across board than BMW. This is especially true in side crash test ratings. Volvo = overrated Fords.

impacts at 31 mph. What does the ADAC
test their vehicles at?

I leased a 2006. It was nice until the emergency brake fell apart on the freeway and the airbag sensors had to be replaced. Well, I guess it happens.
