You know, I'm kind of wondering about that prince character.. i havent seen him in anything else mario related o _o It'd be cool to see him reappear eventually, though. XD

you know, the only problem I have with this Anime...Luigi isn't even wearing green, he's wearing yellow and...blue...

I deleted your other comments because they were rude and 90% irrelevant. And luigi was yellow and blue probably due to budget and color restrictions. I think people should be less picky.. Mario's original colors were like brown and red, not blue and red.. so yeah. :/ I could complain, but I'm not that picky.

mario's colours are right, and in the original mario bros games luigi was indeed blue and yellow :D

I just like to say that at the end of this movie, Mario turned around and said 'screw this!' and zapped the prince back into a dog. XP

I always thought franchises like Kirby and Mario released in the same format as Disney Classics would be pretty cool. This movie just seemed unfitting to Mario.

I hated the ending to this movie, but the random stupidity throughout made laugh. [Weird] The closing theme sound freakishly familiar for reason..... Does anyone know why that could be?

Prince Haru WAS Peach's fiance', the Wiggler dog just tagged along for the ride (NOT MARIO'S DOG), Luigi WAS blue and green back then (see MARIO BROS.), and the old man was a form of wise man or prophet for the Mushroom Peoples. so, ya, go f**ck yourself. :D

the ending of this movie was bad,but it's OVER 9000 times better than the american one.the best explantion of smb except pach falls in love wih mario and bowser is far nicer here than the actual game

No, in the Mario Bros. arcade game, Luigi's outfit was green pants/hat and brown shirt. And then in Super Mario Bros., it was white pants/hat and green shirt, which they switched around when they ported Mario Bros. to the NES. So why exactly his outfit is blue pants/hat and yellow shirt here is something I can't figure out.
