  • @muzimuzi i messed up my rotary cuff around a year ago ... if u watch my other vid i subbed bench for one arm push ups ... and its more fun playing with body weight and more safer

  • @muzimuzi how do people mess their rotator cuff thingy? i hear alot about it but nothing like it ever hepponed to me and i work out alot aswell, and go to heavy somtimes =P

  • @muzimuzi its not about going heavy ... its about the people who care more about there bench press max and really dont focus on there shoulder strength .... and a lot of people use incorrect form like slamming the weight onto there chest to cause a bounce to help them get the weight up. all those factors can cause a rotary cuff injury ...

  • Hey man nice vid; I'd like to ask what sort of exercise would you recommend for someone trying to build muscles mainly round the arms. I can already lift 2, 4.5 kg weights 400 times but I don't think that is enough.
