Mirza Asadullah Baig Khan was a renowned classical Urdu and Persian poet of the subcontinent. Most notably, he wrote several ghazals during his life, which have since been interpreted and sung in many different ways by different people. He is considered to be the most dominating poet of the Urdu language.

Miraza GAlib had shouted against the British, a brave intellectual what are our intellectuals doing now polishing the shoes of rich and powerful. Right here in Hyderabad a few km away people are afraid even to talk about the dons and so called politicians they silently obey. what these powerful says is the law. Should we not be ashamed! where is human dignity is death not better than this life is it a free India

really nice effort by naseeruddin shah and my lovely jajgeet singh.

jagjeet is the only person who's voice can touch the soul. There is no one to give great tribute to ghalib with his voice but jagjeet singh i like him very much and naseeruddin is the man who show the real ghalib to us with his best performance. Thanks for uploading such a great or RARE GEM of the past.
