  • You simply do not want to believe.

2nd Thessalonians 2:10-12. 10. And with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie. 12. That they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

  • @Graphiclee63 Well if god truly did as you say, then he's certainly not omnibenevolent. How do you know that it is not you that simply wants to believe and simply buys whatever he hears? Like, perhaps, read something in a book and then quote is as fact to person you know does not consider it an authority of any kind?

  • Your an idiot!

  • @Graphiclee63 Oh wow, I hadn't thought of that! Great refutation to my arguments! Will you attempt to refute my free arguments by calling me a poopiehead?

  • Time doesn't exist....

  • @Graphiclee63

How do you know which doctrines are false and which ones are true? Why, because the Bible claims that it's the true doctrine? And how do you know that it's the true doctrine? Because it claims that all the others aren't?..lol, that shit may work for extremely simple, gullible minds like yours, but it doesn't work for people who think.

  • @Graphiclee6

It's not about the will to believe. It's about the reasons to believe. You shouldn't believe something just because you want to, or because you're told to. When you start believing whatever you wanna believe, you end up adhering to certain beliefs for emotional reasons, and not actual solid reasons. I honestly don't think you're intelligent enough to take part in these discussions.

  • I believe two types of lying are called sin in the bible - bearing false witness and teaching false doctrines.

  • @Graphiclee63 I have a question for you....is lying a sin?

  • That's what I've noticed majorly with religion. Humans are supposed to have free will, but every other part of the religion seems to say you don't have any free will.

  • @Hoogz20 I can't message you privately. You have friend lock enabled and haven't accepted my friend invite yet.

  • @HonestDiscussioner A transcendent being is the most incoherent thing I've ever heard.
