Ok it's official, Proxyon was the Original Mashup King, and still is the king of Mashups. They're so good, it takes you a while to realise it's a mashup. lol
Great Song!!!!!

@stkthree03 I just noticed all these things (samples) from all these songs that proxyon used in this song. Great find. I guess Proxyon was the original Mashup master. huh
-
@stkthree03 Please do. I'll definitely listen to it. And if you're looking for more songs for a mashup, try:
"Excitation" by Laser Dance, and "Moving your Hips" by Squash Gang. What do you think?

@NWO41508 I prefer Why Not's. It seems to have more depth to it. I'm not sure what it is, but I prefer it to this version. Thanks for pointing it out. I knew I had heard that tune before, but there are so many synth songs, I couldn't remember.
Please tell me what you think of the beginnings of these songs : "Excitation" by Laser Dance, and "Moving your Hips" by Squash Gang. I personally think one of the songs inspired the other. Thanks

Found the lyrics:
"Well into the world, into the world
Fly into the world, into the world..."
Don't see why vocoder lyrics aren't posted publicly.
listen to the part at 1:07 -1:23... then listen to "comet 059 by why not" here on youtube at at the 2:05 point on comet 059...its the same tune.. the same thing but faster

@NWO41508 Wow, I had the comet 059 song on my ipod all along and I didn't even realize this! I should make a mashup video of this song made up of samples of the songs that the melodies were taken from!

@NWO41508
You're right! And the guy with the Max Coveri cover is right too. But none of those other songs have it sound as good as Laserdance's version. I mean when you listen to all three renditions, you just *know* Laserdance is the way to go.

@RazorSharpTM Eh, now that I'm more into Hi-NRG & Italo-NRG (not really listening to spacesynth at all these days), I like "Tokyo" by Brian Ice. It has that clean and well produced percussive Italian sound (more digital sounds than analog too)
