@mrchri18 I think the 07 SMR was still the old chassie/engine tho! I have been using a slipper clutch but I removed it since it didnt feel like I needed it any more. I would recommend it to anyone who is not at a pro level tho, it makes learning sooo much easier! I think STM is the best one when it comes to feel, but any slipper clutch is a upgrade to not having one
@oller1985 thats exactly what i thought. the smr´s are pretty "cheap" as they come race ready, if i would´ve bought a husaberg or honda, kawasaki, i have to put some mone into the tires, suspension, and so on. i think u have to spend arround 3000€ for a good supermoto trim.
the one im looking for already has a head modification, racing exhaust, and an slipper clutch. and its made in 07. so its younger than mine, more power, but the same price xD
@mrchri18 Hi mate! Dude its winter here now ;( Yes I would recommend the 450 SMR, I think its a great bike out of the package! Its ready to race as KTM states, while many other bikes you will have to put some money and effort into, like my Aprilia for example, you´d be able to buy 2 SMR`s for the amount spent on the aprilia...
