Do you even know how little an email uses? a fraction of a Kb if it used anything up of value you wouldn't be able to send it using simple GPRS. And who was prosecuted for jamming? As far as I know DHJ was done for jamming GB3CS in the 1990's and admitted it. I have never been charged for jamming in my life you arse. Don't mince words. I was charged with transmitting an FM Broadcast Station on Band II 105.5 FM in 1991. Not with jamming. The third harmonic interference issue that was tossed in was done with all similar Pirate radio cases with the DTI to gain favour with the Sheriff who hadn't a clue about radio just like you.
