First time rowing 500M

Concept 2 Ergometer. This is this guy's first crack at rowing a 500M. Does pretty damn good with a 1:28, which is good enough to put him tied at 103rd in the world. Good demonstration of the diverse cability of a Crossfit athlete.

Sure maybe he's pulling hard but erging is not rowing... This guy would suck so badly in a boat.

@SwiftHACB That is a good time I managed to get 1.34min mind you I am 50.Check Phillip Cameron on the 6000m,5000m,2000m1000m,500m and 4 min.

@KyleeChristopher He's probably going by rankings on the concept2 website where maybe 250 people bother to rank their row. Not to mention a person can enter any time they want there. Unless you have a recorded result from a SANCTIONED event then a youtube video means jack squat.

Pulled my first 500m last week and timed at 1:23 lol on concept 2 erg. 103rd is not true at all.

@ldonald24 dont want to rip the oar haha step up your rowing knowledge. All this guy needs to do is let the hands leed the entire body.
