On June 20, 2012, Senator Robert Casey of Pennsylvania voted to keep the Mercury and Air Toxic Standards. This was a vote for clean air. Senator Casey stood up to those who would've allowed industrial power plants to release unchecked toxic mercury and other harmful pollution into our air, so families will have thousands of fewer asthma attacks, hospital visits, and even deaths. Thank you, Senator Casey!
