@rayveniael Dance Central is a good cardio workout, there are a lot of songs and they are already putting up new songs for download on xbox live. Also, dance central has a mode that shows you the approximate calories you are burning. The key to a good workout is to only take short breaks for water between each dance and try to do 30 min at least over all.
