Don't you hate it when Youtube buffers and it takes forever to watch a clip?! VerizonWireless has claimed that they Throttle data users for their top 5% of users. What they don't tell you is that they throttle the top 5% of users on a given tower so if you use a measly 3gb and everyone else on your tower uses less YOU WILL BE THROTTLED! Problem solved! PowerBoost version 2.2 is finally here! It will be supported on 4 devices in this release candidate with support for even more devices in the near future. The current devices that are supported are DroidX, Droid2, Droid2G, Bionic, and Samsung Fascinate. This latest update includes the new "Universal Unthrottle" mod. Universal means it will work with any Rom or firmware version where as before it would only work on a select number of supported roms. This also includes a list of other significant mods such as cpu governer, togglemods script, sdcard read ahead and much more!

Does this work on CM9? I don't have any trouble running the setup.sh, but whenever I do the su sysrw command, it says "sysrw: not found."

how is the speed suppose to increase after the unthrottle mod? i only got a very slight increase (from about 60kbs to 66kbs). Am I doing something wrong?
