Is the NGP really getting this??? It needs the Tegra 3 that is supposed to be releasing in tablets in August and in phones during the holidays. It has been long overdue to release, and it needs the best if the best for mobile gaming. PSP has always been THE mobile gaming platform for the "HD" side of it. Nintendo is massive in mobile gaming, but its not high visual quality at all.

@schriss2000 I get 4200 on quadrant with my Optimus 2X... It's just a terrible tablet... And also, Tegra 2 is getting old, as nVidia announced a quadcore (out Q3) CPU and a 12 core GPU(unified shaders) capable of 2560 by 1600 out, Apple came out with a dual core tablet which nVidia had done, umm... idk... half a year ago?
And you obviously don't know anything about graphics if you think one game running on one phone looks better than the same game running on another phone with the same settings.

I have atrix with tegra 2 soo..quadrant 3600 scrore =)....soomobius @112992 what u say its not true.
ps: I already got an dezire z and quake3 don't run with 60fps....its the second lie

@St3aua86 Unreal 2 Engine.

@adamthe1st Lol. You're waaaayyyy off. It runs in the mw range. Should really research stuff before blurting random wrong facts out. Lol

@mobius1121992 First of all, I own HTC Desire Z (Android), I also own 3 other WinMo phones and an old iPhone 3G (not using it anymore). And I still think this video is not impressive. I've seen newer chipsets announced for next year that will be 2-5x times performance of that tegra 2. There is a Tegra 2 tablet review on engadget.com and the device was getting ~1500 in Quadrant.
I know it's a mobile, but why is Quake 3 running at 60 fps on my Desire Z and looking better than this??
-
@schriss2000 It's for a mobile platform douche... I bet your stupid Apple A4 chip won't run it.

If this is Unreal 3 then it has details turned down, looks like old Quake 1. Not impressed by graphics details. I think Tegra 2 is too little too late, if this is all it can do.
@mariocaric good job, you do realize this chip is for cellphones and uses like 2 watts... yeah, I'd say its plenty good
