I found this record in a box of 78s at a flea market years ago and chose it for its Irving Kaufman vocal refrain. I believe the song was published in 1929. "If I Can't have You" is on the reverse side.

The "dreamer" in the video appeared on the cover of the October 9, 1913 of Life magazine.
