@mdsaxc02 When I have been given references, the cases usually revolve around recission, which is done because of fraud, on the part of the insured, who lied about his health condition, while applying. It is illegal to deny legally contracted service. IF this is the case, a lawyer can sue, and gain punitive damages. Some insurance also has limits, or excludes certain procedures, or requires certain networks. If you private msg me an URL, I will read it. Note you wont read income statement? Why?
