I love most of Japanese culture and tradition traits and I hope that, after all these turbullent times, if the nation couldn't rebuilt its home once again, that they could find a nice place to flourish once more, whatever the place, whatever the time.

The music actually makes it sound more melancholic and depressing, sort of like a "requiem for what's been lost" type of feel..
