Plants such as moss reproduce in weird, wacky ways. They alternate generations between a gametophyte with half the number of chromosomes (haploid) and a sporophyte with the full number of chromosomes (diploid). This video by AP Biology students at La Junta High School dramatically reenacts the stages in the life cycle of moss.
