Science says that the solar system is billions of years old. So theoretically, we should be able to create rotation that last a billion years. Virtual perpetual motion. Plus, matter has energy and it cannot be created or destroyed, therefore, perpetual motion does exist and we are just too stupid and arrogant to realize it. There are no perfect states. No perfect vacuum,no absolute zero, and eventually the solar system collapses. In theory it cant happen, in actuallity,it gets pretty darn close.

This is nice and all when its spinning freely but how do you get "power" (voltage and current) out of this? If you try a mechanical method like more gears you would just slow it down/stop it, if you try to get an AC current out of it with more magnets the magnetic fields would slow it down/stop it.
