Hatin?? On a Hoyt? Go watch Comp Archery shooters.. There are no Mathews.. Just Hoyt... Also most Pro archers use a Lizard tongue, Spot Hogg or something similar. That being said.. Mathews has very small axle length which I feel is better for small blinds and for down angle shots.

@bluegrasssingingman dude anyone can shoot big deer with any bow . hoyt guys shoot 'em n so do mathews guys just like bowtech and pse and so on . it doesnt matter wat brand u shoot 'em with .. a huge deer can walk out in front of everyone . its not the bow that kills it ... its the shooter . this being said , wat DOES count is statistics in competitions . <<< mathews ftw .

@bluegrasssingingman like i said before , if u paid attention to wat i put , i owned a hoyt once . never own another one . i dont care who shoots wat , its a personal preference . if u like hoyt, then so be it . i shot a mathews for the first time and never looked at anything else . i couldnt care less wat u shoot . take a look at the numbers too lol . mathews has way more championships that hoyt . all that matters is that we all kill deer .

@bluegrasssingingman from my experience from having owned both a mathews and a hoyt, the only things that hoyt have invented are insane vibration , too much noise , and an outrageous price tag .

@bluegrasssingingman wat u forgot to mention is that mathews invented parrallel limb design , roller cable guard , dead end string stop , single cam bows , zebra bowstrings , and the list goes on .

Anyone who says Hoyt sucks doesnt know bows. Hoyt wins more awards than Mathews. I a 25 yr veteran bow hunter prefers Hoyt over Mathews. Hoyt is number one. But you wont hear me put down Mathews because they are good, and I know bows.
