This is a amazing Evp I captured at Moundsville Penitentiary In West Virgina. One Of the Country's Most HAunted Prisons, I left There scared to Death. At some Points I didn't think I was able to go on. An i have bee Investigating for 13 yrs.Met With Louds bangs, Phantom Footsteps an Whispers,The Inmates were showing that even though we're dead we can still scare you! Now there are 2 ways are hearing this evp..opposite the door....or opening the door.wehich both makes sence since i was opposite the door the evp came from..an the guards would say opening the doors..hmm u decide..
