  • I know its a child, but they can still use good form... in fact, they have a greater chance of being injured without good form... teach form first... always

  • NOTE: kid exceeded 135 degrees of hip flexion when flipping that tire causing lumbar and thoracic spine to round a couple times, potential lower back injury when doing loaded exercises (L4-L5-S1 discs). poor kinetics too, you should teach kids how to jump in good form. workout is excellent when keeping a safe form.

  • @zdoshi6969 That's exactly what I was thinking after watching the kid favor his right side the second time. This would be great to use as a controlled race or even a relay for students in the studio.

  • i believe that is great to teach our kids from young age to relate to sports, and get them used to hard training, this will give them a more secure, better and healthier life. good work.

  • Wow the trainer is saying that stuff because he dosent want the kid to injure his back. You guys obviously don't workout cause if you did you would know if you bend your back while lifting you can seriously injure it.
