@kokimotousa you don't have to use ground lamb, you can use just ground beef. I always make my kefta with just ground beef, I'm not a big lamb person. Also check out my chicken kefta recipe, it's almost the same thing but make with ground chicken :) All of these recipes and alternatives are on my site.
