This looks like so much fun; Rebecca seems fun. I will 'try' to acquire this for North America, I've ordered a PAL set. Feel like I'm missing out! Can't wait to get this! Rebecca is a great instructor! No phony affect, but certainly affable and funny. I'm working hard to acquire this DVD over here in the States.

Got the dvd and it's fabulous - the workout is broken down into three sections, one with Steve doing more basic steps and the XCO trainers (you can use a dumbbell); second segment is more intermediate with rebecca, and the last is (to my surprise) a double step routine! It's fantastic and my first-ever double step. Lots of innovative choreography for teachers here, but also excellent for the at-home fitness aficionado. Well done both of you!
