If he divorced u 3 times that u are islamically divorce and cannot go back to him until u remarry another guy. Did u divorce the 2nd guy? Was that marriage done after your iddah (waiting period)? If so, than you would Islamically be married to the 2nd husband.

where is the honesty when a man divorces you 3 times and marries you back again and says its ok and divorces you again in the court and their is no proof of the new marriage only what he says. I married his friend for 1 minute and he remarried me back and I did not have relation with his friend and there is no contract of any marriage taken place and this man is a lawyer and says he will never go down.
