This human machine interface is designed to improve the quality of rehabilitation from phisical or cognitive impairments. The Virtual Blackboard project was born in 2006 as a tool for seamless interaction between the man and the house in domotics applications. Typical functionalities were related to the control of house appliances, TV set, phone, etc. Here the system has been redesigned. Users draw a trajectory with their hands and the tool returns a score determining the quality of the exercise. In such a way rehabilitation is possible also outside the medical infrastructure at an extremely low budget. Tests have been conducted with the collaboration of the Villa Rosa rehabilitation institute (Trento - Italy) to determine the correct configuration of the architecture.
