When I hear it, my initial impression was that it was CPE Bach. After a second and third time hearing, it became more recognizable that it was in fact a composition by Mozart. :)

When I heard the pieces, my initial untutored reaction was that they sound like pieces by one of JS Bach's brood. According to Wikipedia, the Nannerl Notenbuch, which Leopold Mozart compiled and in which these 'newly discovered' pieces were found, included works by CPE Bach. However, according to Mozarteum, the 'new' pieces, esp the concerto, were not developed enough to have been done by technically sophisticated composers like Leopold, JC Bach, or CPE Bach.
