hi. got 1 problem

after i converted the video the subtitles went bigger..

the subtitles almost consumed half of the screen.

the subtitles in the original video has the normal size but after the convertion this happened.. i really want to know how to resize the subtitles in the program.. pls reply i'll subscribe :)

My video is playing super quick & the audio is playing at the perfect speed, but how can I slow my video down? I have tried matching the bitrate kbps (96) of the audio and vid. . . I have tried slowing down the FPS on the vid (no sign of slowing down at all). What do I do?
