I love it, very touching. Katherine/Henry did truly love each other at one point. But its often over shadow by his relationship with Anne. 5 stars

They also tend to pick the not so attractive actresses to play her, she was said to have been very beautiful blond reddish hair and blue eyes. This is a beautiful Queen Katherine they finally did her some justice.

@PrincessMioneKag I actually believe Katherine was the cleverer by far. Age alone, and menopause separated her from the insecure King. All or most of my sympathy and empathy is with Katherine, with understanding but little sympathy for Anne. History likes drama and for that we have an (in)famous Anne Boleyn and a down played KoA.

@Ladyjaxs I totally agree. Most people see her as the aging first wife who couldn't have a son and was put aside by the sparky, lovely Anne. Katherine was just as clever as Anne and it was HER who ruled the country when Henry was a young fool. She was a Princess of Spain and a great lady.

I love this series but I hate how they always skip right over the relationship Henry and Katherine had, it is said that one point he did love her, I would love to see a movie or series where they actually show their love for each other, it seems Anne Boleyn was the most famous wife of all and so they always focus more on her. Although I will say I loved Annes clothes, head pieces, and crowns she had the best.

I don't think she want um dick as she wanted to be in his arms and be loved kissed and maybe they would've made love There is a difference from wanting dick just for sex and wanted to be loved because sometimes just sleeping in the arms of the person you love gives some women something more and you miss that person like hell when they divorce you because they fell out of love from you but whatever just my opinion
