Ford focus 2012 commercial

I just want to know what the music is. UPDATE: Ford says the song was written by an ad agency for the commercial and is not available for purchase. the tune is a rip from i remember by deadmau5, i honestly think that ford doesn't want to owe credit, monies and such to any outside group or band. the beginning of i remember is exactly the same tune as in the commercial.

@STFUallthename I am a HUGE fan of I remember, and I do hear a definite similarity with the beginning of both tracks.. but I don't find it exactly the same. The chords are just a bit different, and then there's the guitar in the commercial and the extra little sound effects.

@wesey111 Not according to Ford, it's not.  They say an ad agency created the track for the commercial.

I have some bad news.... I became a fan of ford focus on facebook, and posted the video on it's wall and asked what the song was. Ford Focus got back to me and said that it was a instrumental soundtrack that the agency created for the commercial... It is not available on itunes.

I too was looking for the name of the song, because it is so familiar to "i remember" by Deadmau5.

I guess if we want to listen to the song, we have to listen to it here! :D

@dukesgirl04 When you first mentioned Deadmau5 I thought you were like the others, mentioning songs that were barely similar at all, even though I'm a fan of I Remember. But then I went back and listened to the song, and now I totally know what you're talking about! There is a definite similarity, though not exactly the same song of course. Good ears!

OK so I posted on here a couple of weeks ago, and I figured out what song I was thinking of! ''Home''- Edward Sharpe& The Magnetic Zeros. If you speed up the beat a bit and take out the whistling, I swear it's the same as the commercial...or pretty darn close!! Anyway, I'm SO happy I figured out which song it was that I was thinking of cause it was really starting to bug me!
