I used this video to help me concentrate while studying, I was taking Human Anatomy and Microbiology at the same time, took the finals on the same day too. By the way, I got a High B in both...thanks!

Just listen this song (Piece of music) and breath conscious before you are going to learn.

Then while learning play Enya or Beethoven. It helped me a lot.

And it's tested, you are relaxed and then get in the stage Alpha of Brain Movement

8-13 Hertz. It works great.
