  • Half reps or not, this guy is bigger than any of us on here so obviously he knows what the fuck he's doing and he's an animal. I'd like to see any one of you throw 225 around like a fucking ragdoll like this man. When you can half rep 225 60 times, let me know. This is still a big ass motherfucker who can outlift 95% of us on here. So i suggest you keep your mouths shut.

  • @29thID are you done sucking his dick?......dont forget to wipe the cum of your chin

  • Do you make your shirts out of parachutes?

  • @saaandberg trust me, when you lock all the way completely out, it goes to ur triceps. But my comment was before I watched the video, so I know what you mean by half reps lol

  • @delaneysizon i dont think so. when you extend your arms, you workout the innerpart of the chest aswell.

  • @saaandberg if you lock out, the workout transfers from chest to triceps. If you do not fully lockout, you workout your chest more

  • i can do that with the bar

  • /watch?v=KnfaGDasgaM&feature=related check this out and you will see a real man doing perfect form bench with real lockouts

  • why would it be harder to do it half rep then full rep? someone pls explain that to me. for example.. if u do half reps pushups and full range of motion pushups, which one is the hardest? and how many did u complete from each one? try it out. fuckheads

  • screw the bench, what the hell does he do for those shoulders?!?

  • @saaandberg are you retarded?

he could have easy pushed 30+ out 'locking out' but he doesn't want to injure himself. Why would he want to impress you by locking out each rep and risk sustaining an injury? If you upload anything close to this, than come at him.
