  • Those were russets. You can also use gold potatoes with skin.

  • no, but you can. It depends on what type of potatoes you use. Most potatoes and the chicken release a lot of water. Generally the lemon and olive oil are enough liquid, but it depends on your tastes as well.

  • i hate it.. when ur trying to pick out undesireable parts of the chicken u got it all mixed in with ur potatoes.. the fatty flavoring frmo the chicken is good but id ont like mixing a whole bird and my potatoes like that lol
